Study for exam 3:

- You may be asked to decompose a given shape into smaller shapes of equal area (to show a fraction)
- You will almost certainly be asked to explain how to represent a fraction following the format of questions 1 and 2 on the Explaining Fractions homework.
- You may be asked to compare fractions in the format of any of the remaining problems on the Explaining Fractions homework.
- You may be asked to identify the value of a fraction shown visually, when the size of a whole unit (1) is given to you.
- You may be asked to give examples of category and measurement data, and explain the differences in how category and measurement data is graphed.
- You may be asked to make a scaled bar or picture graph
- You may be asked to write word problems to accompany a given bar or picture graph.
